Patience: No matter how many thousands of demanding customers we serve every day. We remind ourselves to stay patient and provide seamless service to our discerning patrons.

Attentiveness: We believe our customers need the space to shop at their own place, but we stay alert to reach out to anyone that requires assistance.

Clear Communication Skills: We always make sure to attentively listen to curry customer’s demand and respond appropriately.

Knowledge of the Products: Understanding the products and its uses is one of the most important skill our employees are required to have to help our customers find what they need.

Express & Priority pass: For customer’s in a rush and are buying less than five items, we introduced an Express checkout counter to assist customers save time. This counter also serves as Priority checkout for expecting mothers, senior citizens and people with special needs.

Language Proficiency: At all time, we ensure service staff with English, Bangla & Hindi communication skills is present to assist customers of different language proficiencies.

Rewards Program: Our loyalty program, Special K, is not only our way to build relationships with our valued customers, but also a way to provide cash-back and endless other benefits.
